Texas Tech Soccer Thanks YOU!

Even though the season isn’t over, Coach Tom Stone & staff, and the entire Texas Tech soccer team would like to thank YOU, the Red Raider soccer fans, for all of the support at our home matches this season.

  • The team ended 7-4 in all home matches this season.
  • The team is a perfect 5-0 on Sunday home games (and 7-0 on Sunday games home AND away).
  • The John B. Walker Soccer Complex broke not one, but TWO attendance records this season.  The first was the Texas A&M match (2,176 fans), and the second was the Kansas match last Friday night (2,288 fans).
  • The average attendance this season was 1,344.

As you are aware, the Red Raiders closed our home season in a thrilling double-overtime victory over the Texas Longhorns, 3-2, and the we couldn’t have done it without our fans cheering us on.

The Texas Tech soccer family is stronger than ever, and can’t wait to get back on the pitch at the John B. Walker Soccer Complex again next season!
